01 General Rules and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and k111 ("k111", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the betting and gaming platform accessible at https://k111.wine. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on k111, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

k111 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on the platform and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of k111 after any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using k111 immediately and withdraw any funds remaining in your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by k111, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, PSL betting, live casino, Andar Bahar, slots, poker, crash games and esports betting. Separate game-specific rules may apply in addition to these general Terms — where there is a conflict, the specific game rules take precedence for that game.

02 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register a k111 account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. k111 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. We will request age verification documents and reserve the right to suspend any account pending verification.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an existing k111 account. One account per person is permitted. One account per household IP address and per device is our standard limit.
• You must have provided accurate, current and complete information during registration — including your real name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a k111 employee, contractor, affiliate partner or an immediate family member of any of the above.

k111 conducts age and identity verification using information provided during registration and via third-party identity checks where necessary. We reserve the right to reverse bets and void winnings on any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age.

03 Account Security and Your Responsibilities

Your k111 account username and password are your responsibility. You must keep them confidential and must not share them with any other person. k111 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone call — if someone contacts you claiming to be from k111 and asks for your password, it is a scam.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify k111 support immediately via live chat at support@k111.wine. k111 will investigate but cannot reverse bets placed while an unauthorised access was ongoing before notification was received.

• Do not use another person's payment method to fund your k111 account.
• Do not allow others to use your k111 account to place bets.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

k111 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger an account review.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and used solely for your k111 betting activities. k111 does not pay interest on funds held in player accounts. Deposits may only be returned via the same payment method used to make the deposit, subject to verification.

05 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your k111 account balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for your most recent deposit unless your account team approves an alternative in writing.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200
• Processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes. IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Verification: All accounts must complete identity verification (CNIC and payment method confirmation) before a withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time process.
• Pending bets: Funds covering any open bets or live game rounds cannot be withdrawn until those bets are settled.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Only real-money balances are unconditionally withdrawable.

k111 reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing any withdrawal if there is a reason to suspect fraud, bonus abuse or a violation of these Terms. During such checks withdrawals may be delayed. We aim to resolve any such review within 72 hours and will notify you of the outcome.

06 Bonuses and Promotional Terms

k111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for Pakistani players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless the promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x–35x the bonus amount. This means if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 20x requirement, you must wager Rs 100,000 before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Minimum odds: Bets placed to meet wagering requirements must be placed at minimum odds of 1.60 for sports and cricket markets. Bets placed at lower odds will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Time limit: Bonuses expire within 30 days of being credited unless otherwise stated. Any unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically count 100%, while live casino games including Andar Bahar count at 10%–20%. The specific contribution percentage for each game type is displayed when you claim a bonus.
• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address and per payment method.

07 Betting Rules and Settlement

k111 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or void any market or individual bet at any time before settlement if there is reasonable cause to believe that the integrity of an event has been compromised, that a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed, or that a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms.

Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

Pre-match bets on cricket match winner markets are voided if a match is abandoned before a minimum of 20 overs per side has been bowled in ODI and T20 formats (or before the end of Day 1 in Test matches), unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result has been officially declared. Ball-by-ball and over-specific markets settle on the deliveries actually bowled regardless of match abandonment.

Pricing Errors

If k111 offers odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to a system error or manual entry mistake (for example, a PSL team at 100.00 when the correct price is 2.00), k111 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes. k111 will make a reasonable effort to honour prices where the error was minor or where the platform was at fault without a reasonable degree of player awareness of the error.

Esports Betting

Esports markets at k111 settle on the official result declared by the relevant tournament organiser. Match winner bets on esports events are void if the match is cancelled before completion. Live in-play bets on rounds, maps or individual kills settle on what was completed up to the point of cancellation.

08 Casino Games, Live Casino and Andar Bahar

Casino and live casino games at k111, including Andar Bahar, slots, poker, roulette and crash games, are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Ezugi, Evolution Gaming, BGaming and Spribe. The rules of each game are governed by the provider's game rules, which are available within the game interface. These Terms apply in addition to provider-specific rules.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified random algorithms audited by independent testing laboratories. k111 does not manipulate game outcomes. If a technical fault occurs mid-game round (such as a disconnection during a live dealer hand), the following applies:

• If a live casino round was in progress when the disconnection occurred, the result is determined by the provider's server logs, which are the authoritative record of the outcome.
• If an RNG game round was not completed and no outcome was generated by the server, the bet is voided and the stake returned.
• k111 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Interrupted rounds will be settled based on server records.

09 Fraud, Collusion and Prohibited Conduct

k111 employs fraud detection tools and manual review processes to identify conduct that violates these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one k111 account for any purpose
• Using VPN, proxy or other tools to mask your location or identity for the purposes of circumventing k111's geographic or account restrictions
• Depositing via payment accounts not in your own name
• Attempting to withdraw funds originating from a payment method other than the one used to deposit
• Colluding with other players at poker tables or any live game to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting technical bugs or software errors to place bets or gain credits that would not have been available under normal circumstances
• Any form of match-fixing, inside information betting or betting on events where you have a material non-public advantage
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets or interact with k111 games

10 Responsible Gaming

k111 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino games should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun and starts causing you financial, social or emotional difficulties, you should stop and seek help immediately.

k111 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours — only decreased immediately.
• Session time reminders: Set time alerts that notify you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent closure.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your k111 account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. To request self-exclusion, contact support@k111.wine.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

k111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By creating a k111 account you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in that policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention and customer support.

k111 does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with our licensed third-party game providers, payment processors and regulatory authorities where we are legally required to do so. All data is held securely with SSL encryption.

12 Amendments to These Terms

k111 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via a notice on the k111 platform and/or by email to your registered address. Where changes are required to comply with new regulations or legal requirements, they may take effect immediately without advance notice.

Your continued use of k111 after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with any change, you should immediately withdraw your funds and close your account. k111 will not penalise you for closing your account in response to a change in Terms you do not accept, and all outstanding winning bets at the time of closure will be settled normally.

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of k111 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. k111 operates under the licence and regulatory framework of its registered jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in Pakistan.

If you have a complaint about k111 that cannot be resolved through our customer support team, you may escalate your dispute through the formal complaints process described in our FAQ. k111 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 working days.
